Run Great Himalaya Trail

Your limits begin where comfort ends

RunGHT (Run Great Himalaya Trail) is a self-authored project that brings together extreme physical endurance and profound philosophical inquiry.

Its goal is a solo traverse of the entire Nepal section of
the Great Himalaya Trail — widely regarded as the most
demanding high-altitude route in the world.

It includes more than twenty mountain
passes, many of them above 6,000 metres,

every decision carries consequences

With no infrastructure.

With very limited support.

RunGHT is not a sports project in the conventional sense

It is an attempt to understand the limits of human endurance — physical, psychological, and cognitive. It is an experiment in which the body becomes an instrument of inquiry, and movement a form of thought
DEEPER MEANING
CULMINATION
